Quick summary

  • We collect contact details you submit and basic usage/device data.
  • We use it to respond to inquiries and keep the site secure.
  • We don’t sell personal information for money.

1) Who this applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how IntellAgentX (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or contact us about automation services.

2) Company status and identifiers

IntellAgentX is currently an entity in formation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Commercial Registration (CR) and other formal identifiers will be added to this page once issued.

3) Information we collect

  • Information you provide: for example, your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any message you submit through forms or via direct communication.
  • Usage and device information: information your device and browser may share when you access the site (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location based on IP, and timestamps). This may be collected through standard server logs and security tools.
  • How the site is used: we measure pages viewed, how long each page is read, how far down it is scrolled, where a pointer or fingertip moves, and what is clicked or tapped. We also record an anonymised replay of the visit so we can see how the site actually reads on real devices. This is collected and stored on our own infrastructure and is not sold or shared with an advertising network.
  • What we deliberately do not collect: anything you type into a form is masked in your browser before it is sent, so your name, email, phone number and message are never part of a recording. We do not store your IP address; it is converted into a one-way code that changes every day, which means it cannot be turned back into your address and cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we may use cookies/local storage to operate the website and remember preferences. If we introduce advertising or cross-site marketing cookies, we’ll update this policy accordingly.

4) How we use information

  • Provide the website and respond to inquiries.
  • Evaluate fit for pilot projects and schedule discovery calls.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

5) How we share information

We may share information in these situations:

  • Service providers: hosting, email, and IT/security vendors that process information on our behalf.
  • Form submissions: if you submit your details on our website, we store those submissions in Google Sheets (Google Workspace tooling) for internal tracking and follow-up.
  • Calls: if we schedule a call, it may be conducted using Zoom and related tools.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of “selling” for money.

6) International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on where our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7) Data retention

We may keep inquiry and lead information for as long as it remains useful for business records and follow-up (for example, to reach back out later), unless you request deletion or unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Session replays are deleted automatically after 30 days, and pointer and tap data after 180 days. Aggregate counts, such as how many people visited a page on a given day, are kept indefinitely because they contain nothing that identifies anyone.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Opting out of usage measurement: we honour the Global Privacy Control signal, so if your browser or an extension sends it, nothing about your visit is measured or recorded at all. We do the same for browsers sending a Do Not Track signal, and for anyone whose device has asked sites to reduce data use.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity.

10) Children

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were made.

12) Contact

For questions or requests about this Privacy Policy, contact us via the contact form on the website.
