An example for illustration, not a real customer.
We take routine work off your team's week: quotes, lead qualification, orders, WhatsApp and web chat, and documents, in Arabic and English, custom-built for businesses across Saudi Arabia, from Dammam and Al Khobar to Riyadh and Jeddah.
Business process automation that reads what arrives, does the routine part, and hands judgement calls to a person.
Price requests checked line by line against your price list with replies drafted in your wording, and orders recorded once, however they arrive.
An Arabic-first chatbot answers every enquiry on WhatsApp and your website, qualifies leads against your rules, and hands over to a person when needed.
Invoices, forms and delivery notes read once, the fields you need put where your team works, and anything unclear flagged for a person.
Work specific to your business that fits no product category, walked with you as it actually runs, mapped, and built to that map.
Zid, Foodics, Qoyod, Wafeq and the other tools your team uses work the same way: if software can reach a system, we can build your workflow around it, against your own setup rather than as a prebuilt integration.
We focus on businesses where the same work arrives every day. The examples below are typical of each sector, not stories about any one customer.
Appointment requests and patient questions in Arabic and English, course registrations, and the same questions about fees, dates and certificates all day.
Enquiries from every listing, each needing a budget, an area and a viewing time before an agent can act on it.
Call-out requests to price, jobs to schedule for your technicians, and the notes each technician sends back after every visit.
Price requests with long item lists checked against a price list, and orders and delivery notes retyped by hand before dispatch.
AI automation in KSA has to work in two languages and inside Saudi rules. Every build is designed around these.
Customers write in Arabic, English or both. We build in both, and the WhatsApp and website chatbot is Arabic-first, not translated afterwards.
Designed around Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Where your data sits, and whether any of it leaves the Kingdom, is agreed with you before anything is built.
Aligned with the AI Ethics Principles of SDAIA, the Saudi Data and AI Authority. A person stays responsible: the automation flags what it should not decide.
Where an automation touches invoices, it works alongside your ZATCA e-invoicing system. We do not replace or certify that system.
No-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n make a convincing demo. They work well on the workflow you can draw: a form comes in, a row is added, an email goes out.
A quote has one line nobody has priced before. An approval has to go to one particular manager. An order arrives as a WhatsApp message in Arabic, with half the item codes missing. These exceptions are where the time actually goes, and they are the part a template cannot hold.
So we write each automation around the process we walked with you, with no template underneath. Its AI agents read, check and draft, and anything outside your rules comes back to a person.
Four stages, in order, from the first walk through your process to what happens after it goes live.
We walk your process with the people who run it and show where automation pays off first. The map is yours to keep. Fixed fee, credited toward the build.
The new flow is drawn end to end, step by step. Nothing is built until you have agreed to it.
The agreed flow is built one piece at a time, and connected to the tools you already work in.
It is watched after it goes live, and it is changed when the process it stands in changes.
No two processes are the same, so there is no price list. These four things decide what a build involves.
Automating one process, such as quotes, is a smaller build than quotes, orders and lead qualification together.
Each tool it reads from or writes to, such as email, WhatsApp or your CRM, is a connection to build and test.
Arabic, English or both, fixed forms or free text, and how much work passes through and how quickly it needs an answer.
How often your process, prices or rules change, and how much looking after the automation needs once it is running.
Plain answers about how AI automation works for a business in Saudi Arabia, from what it can do to how long it takes.
AI automation is software that does routine work a person would otherwise do by hand, and uses AI for the parts that need reading or judgement: understanding a message, pulling the details out of a document, or drafting a reply. Unlike a fixed rule, it can handle work that arrives in different forms and wording, and it passes anything it should not decide to a person.
The most common are quotes, lead qualification, orders, customer chat in Arabic and English (including WhatsApp), and reading documents such as invoices, forms and delivery notes into records. Most businesses also have work that is specific to them, and that can be automated too once it has been walked and mapped.
It takes the routine part of the work off your team's hands: price requests checked line by line against your price list, enquiries answered and qualified against your rules, orders recorded once, and documents read into records. The same team can then handle more enquiries, quotes and orders, in Arabic and English, while judgement calls still go to a person. Because each automation is built around how your team works, your team keeps working where it works now.
It depends on how many processes are automated, how many systems the automation connects to, the languages involved, the volume of work and the support needed after go-live. Every project starts with an AI readiness assessment, a fixed-fee first step agreed in writing, whose cost is credited toward the build if you go ahead.
It depends on the process, and no two are the same. Every project runs through the same four stages, assessment, map, build and support, the build goes one piece at a time, and nothing is built until you have agreed to the map.
Yes. We build in Arabic and English. Chat assistants are Arabic-first, and automations that read messages and documents are built to handle Arabic as well as English.
Yes. We build Arabic-first chatbots for WhatsApp and your website. They answer routine questions in Arabic and English, ask leads for whatever is missing and score them against your rules, and hand over to a person the moment a question needs one.
Every automation is designed around Saudi Arabia's PDPL and aligned with SDAIA's AI Ethics Principles. It works inside the tools you already use, and where your data sits, and whether any of it leaves the Kingdom, is agreed with you and written into the map before anything is built.
No. The automation is connected to the tools you already work in, such as email, WhatsApp, web forms, spreadsheets and your CRM or ERP. Where invoices are involved, it works alongside your ZATCA e-invoicing system rather than replacing it.
Yes. We are based in Dhahran, in the Eastern Province, and we work with businesses across Saudi Arabia, from Dammam, Al Khobar and Jubail to Riyadh and Jeddah. In the Eastern Province the first walk through your process is done in person, at your office. Anywhere else in the Kingdom that walk is done online, and the rest of the project runs the same way either way.
We take on a few partners at a time, so you work directly with the people who build your automation. Tell us about the work that fills your team's week and we will arrange a free discovery call.
